We are currently inviting applications for the Cargo Operations Supervisor position based in Phoenix, Arizona. This role oversees the day-to-day execution of our cargo operation and serves as an important link between airline operations, ground handling partners, and regulatory authorities. The position requires sound judgment, situational awareness, and a commitment to maintaining operational standards in a dynamic cargo warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

1. Airline Cargo Operations

  • Lead cargo operations team: team rostering, training coordination, cargo operation administrative tasks.
  • Attend meetings with ground handling agents, airport teams and other aviation authorities.
  • Be able to work rotating shifts including late nights, early mornings, holidays and weekends;
  • Receive training and pass assessments on Company cargo operations system, dangerous goods, and Company cargo operations SOPs.
  • Supervise partnering GHA: ensure GHA follows Company SOPs on cargo operations, coordinate and communicate with GHA and airport office on cargo operations related matters;
  • Be responsible for airline’s export/import cargo operations and manage ULD and accessories stock control;
  • Handle cargo irregularities and deal with customer complaints.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate manager.

Qualifications

  • Have a valid driver's license.
  • Have excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills.
  • Be able to work independently and also with a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without work visa sponsorship.
  • Bilingual is a plus.

Education & Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and above or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience at supervisory level in airline operations, ground handling, logistics, or airport operations is advantageous. Attention to detail, accountability, and operational awareness are highly valued.
