What You Will Do

Assist customers with their taxes using TurboTax, providing advice, preparing returns, and managing inquiries to help achieve our goal of \"Powering Prosperity Around the World.\"

  • Maintain sensitive customer information responsibly.
  • Use government websites and resources to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
  • Interact via video communication software, document interactions, and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Engage professionally, promoting Intuit’s values including integrity.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns using commercial software.
  • Passionate about helping clients navigate taxes and committed to customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent customer service skills, comfortable with video and audio interactions.

What You Need

  • Related licenses, permits, or bonds, and an active PTIN.
  • Reliable internet meeting security standards.
  • Availability for at least 20 hours/week across three or more days.

Compensation varies by location, with additional bonuses and benefits. Pay ranges are specified per state.
