ROLE OVERVIEW As the Director of Customer Analytics, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer loyalty by developing and implementing data-driven strategies. You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze customer behavior, track key performance indicators, and inform business decisions. Your insights will enable us to optimize our marketing campaigns, enhance the customer experience, and improve our operational efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and maintain robust customer analytics frameworks, including data architecture, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools. * Analyze customer behavior, purchase patterns, and feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. * Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to inform business decisions, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and optimize product offerings. * Design and implement experimentation frameworks to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features. * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators, including customer acquisition, retention, and purchase frequency. * Work with IT teams to ensure seamless data integration and ensure compliance with data security and governance policies. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and recommend innovations to enhance our analytics capabilities. * Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their analytical skills and knowledge. * Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic business decisions. * Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance our analytics capabilities and stay ahead of industry trends. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * 8+ years of experience in customer analytics, data science, or a related field. * Master's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. * Strong experience with data analytics tools, including SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. * Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques. * Experience with data visualization and communication of complex insights to non-technical stakeholders. * Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Ph.D. in a relevant field. * Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages. * Familiarity with agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making. * Certification in data science, analytics, or related field. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
