In this role, Flight Attendants are expected to perform a variety of duties that extend beyond basic customer service. They are tasked with maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, complying with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, performing safety demonstrations, providing emergency medical assistance such as CPR and first aid, and managing in-flight services including meal and beverage preparation and payment processing. The position requires adaptability, teamwork, time management, and the ability to work in confined spaces with potential allergen exposure. Flight Attendants must maintain professional appearance standards at all times and be flexible with schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The minimum qualifications include authorization to work in the United States, the ability to report to an assigned base within 2 to 2.5 hours depending on location, a high school diploma or equivalent (with a college degree preferred), fluency in English, being at least 21 years old, the possession of a valid passport and travel documents, and adherence to FAA regulations. Candidates should also have at least one year of customer service experience, possess exceptional communication skills, and be able to comply with the company’s style requirements, including restrictions on visible tattoos and piercings. Physical requirements include height limitations due to aircraft size, the ability to reach overhead bins and manage emergency equipment, and the ability to work in aircraft aisles under various physical conditions. The work environment involves travel under pressurized conditions and exposure to various allergens commonly found in aircraft cabins.   • candidate height must not exceed 5'11.5" or 71.5 inches when measured without shoes (flat feet)
  • ability to reach a minimum of 6'3" or 76 inches overhead when measured without shoes, from flat feet to fingertips
  • sit in an assigned jumpseat with seatbelt and shoulder harness fastened properly and without a seatbelt extension
  • open emergency exits and close aircraft doors weighing up to 45 pounds, and the ability to push, pull or move a beverage cart requiring approximately 32 pounds of force
  • hear and respond to customer and crew communications in situations with high background noise
  • work in aircraft aisles and galleys while standing, reaching (extended in front and to the side of the body and above the head), walking, kneeling, bending, twisting, and working in cramped or awkward positions
  • walk and fit comfortably down the aircraft aisle while facing forward and fit quickly through any exit
  • sit or stand for long periods of time
  • ability to reach into overhead bins and retrieve stored items, including emergency equipment
  • ability and willingness to work in confined spaces and manage potential allergens such as nuts, perfumes, cleaning solvents, fumes, animals, and pet dander
  • serve alcoholic beverages and meals containing beef, pork and seafood
