Duties

  • Assist with the installation of HVAC systems for residential properties and new construction
  • Support the setup and interpretation of schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to ensure accurate system assembly.
  • Assist with the installation of basic ductwork and ductwork assembly
  • Providing general support to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely
  • Maintain a clean work environment, adhere to safety protocols, and assist with field service operations on-site or at customer locations.

Skills

  • High School Diplomas or equivalent (Required)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • EPA Certification in Refrigeration (minimum EPA II Preferred)
  • Basic understanding of construction principles related to building systems installation.
  • Prior service technician experience or exposure to HVAC/R environments is highly desirable.
  • Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design documents accurately.
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
  • Punctual, reliable, and have strong communication skills
