Malaysian Recruitment Specialist (Remote/Work From Home)

About the Role

Catalyst Outsourcing Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and people-oriented Malaysian Recruitment Specialist to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating with candidates and clients, and identifying quality talent across various industries.

You will work closely with Singapore-based clients and collaborate with a remote team comprising Malaysian and Filipino colleagues. We are looking for someone who is technologically savvy, organised, professional, and passionate about recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for client vacancies.

Identify and present suitable Malaysian, Indian, and Chinese candidates based on client requirements.

Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment reports.

Maintain accurate candidate records and databases.

Assist with basic HR and recruitment administration duties.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.

Achieve recruitment targets and service standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

Technologically savvy and comfortable using recruitment platforms, job portals, Google Workspace, and communication tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.

Well-organised with strong attention to detail.

Results-oriented and able to work independently.

Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

A strong team player who collaborates well with colleagues from different backgrounds.

Language Requirements

Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Professional proficiency in Chinese (written and spoken).
