Nurse Manager Occupational Health Clinical Ops

<p>MedStar Health is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Nurse Manager to lead our Occupational Health Clinical Operations. This dynamic role requires an individual who is passionate about patient care and quality, has a strong clinical background, and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of clinical and operational expertise to the organization. They will have a proven track record of successfully managing a team of healthcare professionals, meeting financial goals, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. The Nurse Manager must possess a current and valid Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner License and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field. At least five years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, as well as a current Occupational Health Nurse Certification is required. A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem-solving aptitude, and an ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands. They must be able to work collaboratively with other health care professionals, and have a strong commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.
