Operations Executive

To ensure the nutritional health and satisfaction of all residents by assessing dietary needs, designing individualized meal plans, monitoring implementation, and coordinating with clinical and kitchen teams for seamless delivery of diet protocols.

Key Responsibilities

1. Resident Nutrition Assessment & Care Integration

  • Conduct dietary assessments upon admission and during care plan reviews.
  • Classify residents into dietary categories (diabetic, renal, soft, pureed, cardiac, high calorie, etc.).
  • Track clinical inputs (lab values, chronic conditions, DMO notes) to design or modify nutritional care plans.
  • Flag critical or dynamic cases (e.g., tube-fed, post-op, severe dysphagia) for higher-level monitoring.

2. Diet Planning & Meal Customization

  • Prepare weekly meal plans across diet types in coordination with the kitchen.
  • Generate resident-wise diet sheets and tags for in-room dining alignment.
  • Customize meals for select residents based on preferences, allergies, or therapeutic needs.

3. Kitchen Coordination & Compliance

  • Train kitchen staff on consistency levels, portion sizes, and plating protocols.
  • Perform daily/weekly checks on food trays for accuracy and compliance with diet tags.
  • Coordinate with the Kitchen & Dining Lead for procurement inputs (special diet ingredients, supplements).

4. Monitoring, Feedback & Incident Response

  • Conduct routine rounds to check for food acceptance, wastage, and compliance.
  • Track nutrition-related flags: sudden weight change, appetite loss, refusal to eat, dehydration, etc.
  • Log and respond to dietary errors or family queries with supportive data.

5. Documentation & Audit Readiness

  • Maintain digital records of assessments, individual diet charts, modifications, and exceptions.
  • Support clinical audits and NABH documentation related to nutrition and resident health.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care reviews to update and adjust nutrition goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
