Position Summary The Operator Trainer is responsible for performing manufacturing functions in compliance with GMP/QSR requirements, company policies, and safety regulations while also serving as a trainer for designated manufacturing areas. The selected candidate will complete a structured training, qualification, and learning curve process before fully assuming all responsibilities of the role.
