Part Time Call Center Donor Scheduler 5pm to 9pm ($14/hr)

Monday -Thursday 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Alternating weekends: Friday 9 a.m. -1 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Pay: $14.00 per hour plus eligible for monthly performance-based bonuses Description: Seeking outgoing, enthusiastic individual to call donors and schedule appointments in a fast-paced professional outbound call center environment. Must demonstrate professional telephone etiquette, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have a working knowledge of computers. Training: Training will be at our Andover location in Lexington. Working Environment & Physical Effort this position requires the ability to: Sit for extended periods of time. Fulfill basic clerical duties (typing/writing) for extended periods of time. Occasionally lift/carry up to 25 pounds without assistance. Occasionally bend or reach to perform various job tasks. Analyze complex situations and make sound decisions. Adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure. Requirements: Must be 18 years old or older High School diploma or equivalent preferred Proof of education/certifications required during the interview process.
