We are hiring immediately for a Payment and Invoice Assistant to help our business stay on top of invoices, customer payments, and payment records. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable communicating with customers about payments in a clear and respectful way.

This position involves sending invoices, collecting payments, tracking balances, and making sure all payment information is updated correctly. You will also help process and monitor payments that come in through Cash App, Apple Pay, and Zelle. The right person should be able to stay organized, pay attention to detail, and help keep everything running smoothly when it comes to customer payments.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Sending invoices to customers in a timely manner
  • Accepting and tracking payments through Cash App, Apple Pay, and Zelle
  • Keeping records of who has paid and who still has an outstanding balance
  • Sending payment confirmations and receipts when needed
  • Following up with customers about unpaid invoices or remaining balances
  • Answering basic questions related to invoices and payment methods
  • Making sure payment information is accurate and updated
  • Staying organized with daily payment activity and customer records
  • Helping management keep billing and payment activity in order
