We are looking for a motivated and organized Back Office Executive to support our operations from home. In this part-time role, you will handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the business.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Data Entry:** Accurately input and maintain data in our database to ensure that information is up-to-date and accessible.- **Document Management:** Organize and manage files and documents, ensuring that all records are stored correctly and can be easily retrieved when needed.- **Communication Support:** Assist with emails and other communications with clients or team members to help maintain a clear flow of information.- **Reporting:** Generate and present regular reports on daily tasks or ongoing projects to keep management informed of progress and issues.- **Customer Support Assistance:** Help respond to customer inquiries or issues, providing necessary information and escalating matters when needed.To succeed in this role, you should have at least 1 to 2 years of experience working in a back-office position or similar environment, preferably handling administrative tasks.
