Position Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, information, or resolution. You will handle a high volume of inquiries across multiple channels, working to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive, professional, and empathetic demeanor.
