As a Pinnacle Amazon DSP, we are also the ONLY team at our Amazon delivery station with DOT-box-trucks you could get promoted into, to get you on your way to driving CDL tractor trailer 18-wheelers! We are looking for enthusiastic, CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED, SAFE drivers to load out from Amazon warehouse and deliver Amazon packages. You will start and end your day at Amazon Warehouse: DJE5 out of Edison, New Jersey. Our Delivery Drivers strive to get every order from Amazon's warehouse to the customer’s door ON TIME. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities. **You just need a regular non-probationary, valid license. Minimum 21 years old. We want to set you up for success! We provide well-maintained van, gas card, uniform, delivery phone and even FREE safety shoes.** Approximate hours are 10 am to 8 pm. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week. ** MINIMUM one weekend-day availability required ** $23.75 per hour with occasional performance-based overtime opportunity. Qualifications Delivery Driver Basic Requirements Eligible to work in the U.S Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have a valid non-probationary driver's license. Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test Successfully pass a pre-employment Background Check run by a neutral third-party Background Check provider. Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times. Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information. Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered. Lift packages up to 60 lbs. Be physically able to step up and down cargo vans 150+ times a day. Must be a team player and enjoy being part of a high-performing team. You will be asked to help other teammates when help is truly needed in order to complete deliveries. As a team, we are responsible for getting packages delivered SAFELY and in a timely manner.
