Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues and questions. Troubleshoot common product-related problems and guide customers through resolution steps. Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
